Alcohol Delivery App Launches In New Jersey
(Some) New Jerseyans can now get alcohol delivered to them without ever leaving their home.
An alcohol delivery platform that began in 2014 has announced that they have expanded its service to New Jersey. Saucey will be available in over 28 New Jersey zip codes including cities like Newark, Hoboken, Fairfield, Springfield, Westfield, and Clark. There are approximately 3 million homes in the area.
“We’re thrilled to expand into New Jersey,” Saucey’s vice president of operations, Chris Shon, stated per RoiNJ.com. “It’s an important market and carries a uniqueness from New York, where a wider variety of categories can be offered, like beer. We’re looking forward to bringing these new opportunities to adults in New Jersey, so they too can experience top-notch on-demand delivery with Saucey.”
Garden State residents can use Saucey’s app or website to schedule an alcohol delivery from participating liquor stores. You can choose from beer, wine, hard alcohol, and mixers. Along with your order, you can also choose snacks like chips, cookies, and candy. In participating stores, you can also get ice and cups for your drinks along with select tobacco products such as cigarettes and vapes.
With Saucey, you don’t have to worry about a minimum dollar or product amount to place an order. You can choose for the delivery to be brought to you immediately or schedule it up to seven days in advance.
You can choose to pay through the app or website when you place an order. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tips can be added via the app or website once an order is complete. You must be 21+ to order from Saucey.
Over the last two years, Saucey has expanded its service to a variety of markets. Today, it operates in over 1,000 cities and 19 states, including areas like Miami and Arlington, Virginia.
