New Jersey has a lot of impressive spots for tourists but according to a new study, one of your favorite places to take your best friend from out of town has been lowly rated. This pick from HawaiianIslands.com might ruffle some feathers but the most overrated tourist stop in the Garden State is Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City.

HawaiianIslands came to this conclusion after analyzing “more than 17,000 attractions in the U.S. on TripAdvisor reviews for destinations in all 50 states.”

However, the Garden State shouldn’t take much offense since the website found that through their research, “amusement/theme parks and scenic railroads are the most overrated tourist attractions in seven states each. But another six states count casinos as their most disappointing spot.” The website mentions that they looked at reviews that contained the words “overrated” or “disappointing.” They then ranked the reviews of attractions that contained those words per 1,000 reviews so that place could have a score.

New Jersey didn’t make the top 20 of most overrated attractions (thankfully) but if you’re going to travel anytime soon you might want to take a look at the 20 most overrated attractions across the nation:
