BROOKLYN, NEW YORK - JANUARY 2: People run on treadmills at a New York Sports Club January 2, 2003 in Brooklyn, New York. Thousands of people around the country join health clubs in the first week of the new year as part of their New Year's resolution. Many health clubs see a surge in business of 25 percent immediately after the new year, only to see those numbers level off by spring.

As some of us check off going to the gym as our New Year’s resolution for 2023, Life Time is already looking to make your goals for 2o24 easier. The health club chain is looking to open up another New Jersey location in Red Bank next year according to NJ Advance Media. It is set to be located at 230 Half Mile Rd. with no exact opening date as of yet.

According to the publication, the club will occupy 125,000 square-foot of space that will include “swimming pools, athletic courts, saunas, cardio, and weight training equipment, fitness studios, kids spaces, a cafe, and a spa.” The pool area will be decked out at about 50,000 square feet, featuring a club and bistro on top of a lap pool and whirlpool.

“People love what Life Time offers, whether it’s for a single person, a couple, or especially for families,” Natalie Bushaw, Life Time’s VP of corporate communications, told NJ Advance Media. “This Middletown (Red Bank) club will have phenomenal kids programming, as well.”

Currently, Life Time has seven clubs in New Jersey: Berkeley Heights, Bridgewater, Florham Park, Hackensack, Montvale, Mt. Laurel, and Princeton. The fitness club chain operates over 160 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
